    Abstract

    The phenomenon of the formation of community among the people now increasingly mushrooming. A community formed to demonstrate the existence of the group. Of the many communities that are formed, there are some who make it as a container for the organization. Organization is a group of people that have same purpose. The member of organization cooperating, support each other until the purpose of organization can be reached. Organization survival can not apart of organization climate. Jogja Endang Club describe how the organization atmosphere based on their organization communication climate. The purpose of this research is to determine organization communication climate in current messages of organization communication, organization communication barriers and organization communication in Jogja Endang Club community. This research is a qualitative descriptive observation with case study method. Method of collecting data that used in this research are observation, interview, library research and documentation. The measures of data analysis are data reduction, presentation and conclusion. Based on this research we can conclude that organization communication model which used by Jogja Endang Club tend to internal organization communication. By relation that relate members will affect development of the organization itself. Members are involved in reaching goal for the sake of the organization they running.
