    Abstract

    ASBTRACT Food Security and Energy Credits (KKP-E) is the investment of working capital credit granted in order to support the implementation of the food security programme and the development of raw fuel plant program. KKP-E capital aimed at helping farmers and ranchers with subsidized interest rates so they can apply technology cultivated recommendations. The KKP-E changes and improvements, including the debtor receiving KKP-E, the maximum limit per debtor, the commodity coverage is financed and the needs of the respective commodity codes that are intended to support national food security and energy security while increasing revenues and the welfare of farmers This research aims to study the perception of rice farmers to credit the food security and energy (KKP-E) and examines the relationship of socioeconomic factors with rice farmer perceptions of food security and energy credit (KKP-E). This research was conducted in five villages in the Magetan district of Magetan regency, using quantitative research with engineering survey. Selection of the samples was done deliberately (purposive). Respondents who used as many as 40 of the respondents with the determination of sample done proportionately random sampling. Whereas the methods of analysis used is correlation of Rank Spearman Test Koefisien (rs). The result shows characteristics of the farmers include the influence of the number of family members is being productive age, the influence of formal education is high, broad influence land tenure is low, the influence of farmer income is low, and the influence of peasant farming experience is of being. The perception of farmers against the institutional bank in both categories, the perception of farmers against liquefaction mechanism and credit returns in the medium category, the perception of farmers against the use of credits in both categories and the perception of farmers against the benefit of the credit in category. From the results of the analysis of Rank Spearman on a confidence level of 95% had a significant relationship between the number of family members age and productive experience with the rice farming farmer perceptions of food security and energy credit (KKP-E). There is no significant relationship between formal education, extensive control of the land, and revenue with the perception of farmers to food security and energy credit (KKP-E).
