    Abstract

    ASBTRACT Nowadays, the student have task to perspective to social issues and studying the sciences be optimized through the activities of student organizations. To do task of organization and task of lectures simultaniously required an ability to face challenges and confidence in facing the mandatory duty. This is related to intelligence adversity and self-efficacy. This research aims to determine the relationship between adversity intelligence and self-efficacy with is activeness in student organizations. The subjects were students of Psychology, Faculty of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University who was active in student organizations, both intra-and extra-campus by using incidental a quota sampling technique. Data collection tool is the adversity intelligence scale, self-efficacy scale, and the scale of activeness in student organizations. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of calculations using multiple regression analysis showed a correlation is 0.442 and p <0.01. It shows that there is a positive correlation between intelligence adversity to activeness in student organizations. Correlation of is 0.556 and p <0.01. This means that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy to activeness in student organizations. While the correlation value y12 = 0.556 and F regresi= 8.268 with p <0.01 indicates that there is a relationship between adversity intelligence and self-efficacy to activeness in student organizations. Effective contribution adversity quotient and self-efficacy to be active in student organizations seen from the determinant coefficient ( ) is 0.309 or 30.9%. Which means 69.1% are other factors that affected to activeness in student organizations except intelligence adversity and self-efficacy.
