    Abstract

    PUTRA ADI KARYANTO: PEMBUATAN ALAT PERAGA SISTEM HIDROLIK LENGAN WHEEL LOADER (SILINDER LENGAN) ABSTRAK Alat berat berperan penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Wheel loader merupakan alat berat yang digunakan untuk pemuatan material ke dump truck. Sistem hidrolik merupakan tenaga penggerak dari wheel loader.Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah memberikan gambaran tentang mekanisme sistem hidrolik pada lengan wheel loader. Komponen penyusun sistem hidrolik diantara lain : motor listrik, gear pump, pressure relief valve, manual control valve, selang, silinder double actions. Dalam tugas akhir ini yang diperhitungkan adalah gaya piston, volume ruang hidrolik,fluida yang diperlukan. Hasil perhitungan gaya tarik batang 2120,5 N, gaya dorong batang 2826 N. Kata kunci : lengan, gaya hidrolik, wheel loader ABSTRACT Heavy device plays an important part in human life. Wheel loader is the heavy device used to load material into dump truck. Hydraulic system is the motor of wheel loader. The objective of final project was to give a description on hydraulic system mechanism during wheel loader arm. The components making hydraulic system were: electric motor, gear pump, pressure relief valve, manual control valve, hose, double-actions cylinder. This final project estimated piston force. The result of estimation showed that the impressive force of rod was 2120,5 N, impetus force of rod was 2826 N, Keywords: arm, hydraulic force, wheel loader.
