    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menganalisa kekuatan rangka purwarupa electric monowheel vehicle. Proses perancangan electric monowheel vehicle meliputi menentukan DR&O, menyusun blok fungsi dan matriks morfologi, menentukan alternatif konsep, mengevaluasi konsep, menyusun gambar detail dari konsep terpilih, dan melakukan analisa kekuatan rangka electric monowheel vehicle. Hasil disain meliputi dimensi kendaraan 850 mm x 590 mm x 970 mm, penggerak motor listrik brushless 250 watt, kecepatan maksimal 25 km/jam, waktu pengisian baterai 3 jam, dan ketahanan baterai 1 jam. Kemudian dari hasil analisa kekuatan rangka menggunakan aplikasi solidworks tegangan maksimal yang mampu ditahan oleh rangka sebesar 137, 281 N/mm 2 dengan perubahan bentuk (displacement) terbesar 3,96 mm dan faktor keamanan 2,1. Kata kunci: Electric mono wheel vehicle, perancangan, analisa. ABSTRACT This final project aim to design and analyze the strength of electric monowheel vehicle was prototype of frame. The process of designing electric mono wheel vehicle frame included determining DR&O, composing function block and morphology matrix, determine concept alternative,concept evaluation, composing detailed drawing of chosen concept and do frame strength analysis of electric monowheel vehicle. The result of the design are dimensions of the vehicle 850 mm x 590 mm x 970 mm, driving force 250 watt brushless electric motor, maximum speed 25 km/h, charging time 3 hours, and battery endurance 1 hour. Then, from the result of analysis on the strength of frame using solidworks application, it could be found that the maximum stress the frame was 137.281 N/mm 2 with largest displacement 3,96 mm and safety factor 2,1.
