    Abstract

Control deposition of the Ni-Fe thin films as a candidate core flat sensitive magnetic field sensor based on flux gate configuration has been deposited on a substrates of printed circuit board (PCB). The magnetic thin films fabricated by electrodeposition. Percentage compositions of elemen were measured by x-ray fluorosense (XRF). Where as surface morphology was analyzed by nano surf scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). And magnetic property was measured by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Modification of growth parameters have been clarified could significantly affect magnetic characteristics of the Ni-Fe thin films. Typical magnetic characteristics which are obtained were suitable for the application of sensitive flux gate magnetic-sensor. Magnetic characterization of the NiFe thin films described as following. When the percentage of Ni thin films was increased so the coercive field increased. However, the saturated magnetization mS at a concentration of 63% decrease. In the current density as a deposition parameter, a minimum coercive field (Hc) of 75 Oe was obtained when the current density J, was equal 5 mA/cm2 and it had a maximum saturation magnetization mS of 0.43 emu/g. For thickness modification, the Hc decreased with increasing thickness, however, followed by a decrease in saturation magnetization mS. Finally, a series of the growth parameters to J = 5 mA/cm2 was optimum parameters for obtaining the flat core Ni-Fe thin films as needed flux gate sensor in this experiment.
