    learing gited and talented at muhammadiyah elementary school special program. special education studies program, department od science education, faculty of theacer training and education, UNS, the purpose of this study is to know how implementation of teaching gited and talented in elementary school in surakarta muhammadiyah special program. subjects were all student 5th grade special programs year 2009/2010. data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. data analysis techniques used by triangulation by performing croscheck on the reseach result. the study concluded that 1) the implementation of teaching in pimary school together with special programme muhammadiyah elementary school in general, 2) there are significant difference in the way of learing that can be seen from the existence of extra time, materialsm learning resources, which are many, varied learing methods and the teacer field of study, 3) the emphasis of service delivery enrichment, acceleration and grouping
