    Abstract

    The social justice framework offers an alternative rationable for educational policy emphasizing on quality of education. approach of social justice provides a usefull starting point for reconceptualizing educational policy towards education for all (EFA). the paradigm proposed is the idea of inclusion. it is argued that decision in education is a step towards social justice. however, providing EFA that is trully inclusive demans a huge investment. there seems to be significant quantitative improvement, however the issue of equity and quality not to mention access of those marginalized society in the education system, seems to be staggerting. in facts, policy and laws related to inclusive education are rarely implemented in full. this paper develops and understanding of how social (in)justice can be understood in relation to the extent of educational policy which fosters individuals and siciety in general have reason to value
