    Abstract

    good coeporate governance (GCG) running, if the individuals internally has a value system that encourage them to accept, support and implement good corporate governance (GCG). value system that exist in individuals grow within the company and used as the adhesive system called corporate culture, while one of the pillars of corporate culture is corporate social responsibility. the company that upholds social responsibility will obtain a positive instititional image, because the company was not only superior companies who can score big profits, but also companies that proved capable of implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) with high quality. this pactice is actually driven by corporate value that say that CSR is not a job, but part and the life and strength of the company
