    Abstract

    ABSTRAK n : Tujuan dilakukan magang ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan ketaatan Terhadap PROPER PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Refinery Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. Metode : Penulis menggunakan metode diskriptif dan observasi dalam menyusun laporan penelitian dengan memberikan gambaran secara jelas mengenai program-program ketaatan PROPER di perusahaan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan fungsi HSE dan studi pustaka berdasarkan fakta yang ada tanpa melakukan analisis. Data dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan, peraturan-peraturan, standar dan undang–undang yang terkait dengan PROPER. Hasil : Dari hasil penelitian penulis menggambarkan tentang panerapan kriteria PROPER dengan mengidentifikasi SML, pemanfaatan sumber daya, pengolahan limbah baik cair, padat, gas dan udara, serta program OD (Organitation Development). Simpulan : Banyak upaya–upaya yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk ketaatan terhadap PROPER agar mendapatkan peringkat biru, hijau dan emas. Perusahaan telah mengimplementasikan ketaatan pada kriteria AMDAL, RKL/RPL, Pengolahan Limbah B3 dan non B3, Pengolahan limbah gas, Pengolahan Limbah cair, SML, Pemanfaatan Sumber Daya, Pengurangan Emisi gas buang, dan Comunity Development Mengacu pada Permen LH no.05 tahun 2011. Kata Kunci : Ketaatan PROPER Purpose : The purpose of this apprentice is learn the implementation loyalty to PROPER in PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Refinery Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. Method : The writer used discriptive and observation method in arranged the report research with explain loyality PROPER programs in company pass through observation, interview with HSE fuction and book study under fact in the company without did analysis. The data compared with company policy, standart, regulation that concerned with PROPER. Result : From result of the research writer explain application PROPER with identification of Environment management system, utilization energy, waste preparation, and Organitation Development Conclusion : There are efforts that made by the company to obediented the PROPER in order to get blue, green and gold rank of PROPER. The company has implemented the criterias loyality of PROPER as AMDAL, RKL/RPL, preparation of toxic waste, preparation of non toxic waste, preparation of gas waste, preparation of liquid waste, environment management system, utilization of energy, reduce emission, and comunity development based on Permen LH no. 05 tahun 2011.
