    Abstract

    Abstra* The research problem iswhetherstudenlr'abilityto organize conceptsin Politicalsociology course material canbe increasedwiththeuSe ofthe strategy map concep|The purpose of researchisto determinetheimprovementin students' ability to reorganize concepts in Political Sociology course materials through the use of concept maps Subjects were studenb who took the course CIWCS Political Sociology. Data were drawn concept maps is the ability to construct, attitude toward learning and the ability to express the concept. Data collection techniques using the obseryation shee; the sheet porfolio assessment, questionnaires and tests. The drafi act is done with the following 4 phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results indicate the learning Sociology Political actionusing conceptmaps showntoimprovestudenu'abilityto organize concepBintheformof conceptmappingwith the level of achievement of 79.37ot6 in the first cycle and 82.29ok in the second qtcle. Concept maps also provide satisfaction andmotivate studentsinlearning as muchas 75.05% ofthe studentsprovedtobe declaredpositive.Thetest results showed thatthe average sfridentis 3.19 Kelnvordst conceptmaps, conceptofmajor,minor concepts, and political sociology
