    Abstract

    Learning to beginning writing reading in elementary school Surakarta poor region at the present time fail. This failure is marked by the phenomenon of students in the region were not well read the sentences, words, syllables, and letters have gone up even to second class in elementary school. Unlike the students in primary schools in the area of high socioeconomic upward, which have been able to reach the standard of competence to read written several months after sitting in first class. This is because students in poor areas do not get the learning to read and write as obtained by students in other areas, which are fun and more meaningful. This will make more deep divisions or gaps in the children of poor areas with the children in the area of socio-economic background of middle to upper. This is precisely what will ultimately result in the birth of the social problems that hurt all parties. Teraputik study aims to present a treatment failure reading writing learning in primary schools in poor areas Surakarta. In the long run, the results of this research can bring learning to reading and writing in accordance with its nature. Essentially in learning to write, students eligible for learning fun and meaningful. Symptoms of this failure is due to poor teacher learning model meaningful reading and writing can be fun students. The selection of this attractive approach is expected to answer these issues. The research was intended: 1).To know the difference of the preparation procedure among game model, area classification system, and project teaching carried out by teachers in the application of attractive education on teaching- learning process in elementary school. 2). To know the difference of implementation steps among game model, area classification system, and project teaching carried out by teachers in the application of attractive education on teaching- learning process in elementary school. 3). To kow the improvement form of students’ advancement after the attractive education was applied for teaching-learning process in elementary school. This study successfully develop a model’s of learning to reading and writing device with an attractive approach to the syllabus includes learning, Learning Program Plan, and evaluation tools of learning to read write beginning with attractive approach. The acceptability of the instructional model based on the response of the stakeholders includes the response of the decision makers, the response of the teachers, the response of the students and their parents. The response of the decision, makers, the response of the teachers, the response of the students and their parents all are positive. The positive response can generate great benefits for a sustainable application of the attarctive approach, can be used as a therapy against the failure of learning to reading and writing in elementary school in Surakarta’s poor areas. In second year, this research result in the implementation manual start learning to reading and writing attractive approach in primary schools. The book contains guidelines; Lesson Learning Program Plan development and implementation of evaluation Lesson Learning to reading and writing with attractive approach. Next test the validity of the manual; Increasing the capacity of teachers in implementing reading writing learning model with attractive approach in primary schools through training and learning models to find the effectiveness of reading and writing with attractive approach (the experimental) based on manual reading to improve writing competency beginning of primary school pupils in Surakarta’s poor areas. In analysis technique, constant comparative of was used. The steps of it are: 1). The comparison of events to the category (domain analysis). 2). Integrated category and its domain (taxonomy analysis). 3). Theory limitation, and 4). Theory writing. The result of the research shows that : 1). The difference of the preparation procedure among game model, area classification system and project teaching carried out by teachers in the application of attractive education on teaching- learing process in Elementary school, found: First, game model includes : Preparing classroom completed with rolled out or rug in it; Preparing teaching aids such as : cards of numbers, letter, syllable and word; Preparing teaching aids consisting of animal pictures; Preparing devices for cutting and sticking; Preparing tools for drawing and colouring. Second. Project teaching includes the preparation: deciding the class or place for teaching process. Deciding the transformation for carrying the students’ health consisting first aid kits and food also drink. Third, Area classification system includes: Arranging rooms for playing area such as: Area Universe, family, development, and culture.
