    Abstract

    Abstracr Video learning is a medium or a tool that presents audio and visual that contains messages that contuin learning both concepts,-prinLctples, procedures, opplication of theory, knowledge to the understanding of the learning maari\l. The purpise iy tn* irti"i, is (1) to determine the key elements that must be considered in making the -video Iearning, (2) to determine the elemens ol the development to be considered in making a video learning, (3) technical ,"qrrri-iits needed in making video lessons. Data were collected based on the literadtre and document analysis. Based on'the results ofthe analysis in-dicate that(7) the main etemen9tn be consideredin designvideolearning mustmeetthe elements o7 ctarity of message, stand-alone, user friendly, content representntion, multi-media visualization, high resolutioi,-canbeusid rn theilassical andindividuils, (2) etementsthatmustbe consideredinthe developmentofvideo design learning is material" duration, presentation format, technical terms, music and sound effects, (3) the need to ^oi, ovideo teaching techniques include camcorders, storo.ge,tripod,video player, manualuse of the programvideos, books,andstationery.
