    Abstract

    ABSTRACT This research was aimed at presenting an instrument model to improve lecturer professionalizm in FKIP UNS. This research was methodologically close to the developmental research in the form of operational research. lt was product oriented to the development in the forrn of instrument model. procedurally, the research was c_onducted through several phases as follows: (1) the phase of preliminary research; (2) the phase of devetopment; (3) the phase of modei testing; and (4) thl phase oi dissemination of the research product by publishing for the i-""trr"rs a guidance of the instrument. The results of the research *ere ai follows. Firsfly, this-instrument can feasible to be applied. Secondly, the phase of development results in an effort of this instrumen can improove lecturer professionalizm.
