    Abstract

    ABSTRACT ln the teaching learning process, a lecturer would face problems. The problems faced by lecturer are such as lack of ability to develop teaching materials, lack of understanding and ability to apply methods or appropriate learning strategies, lackof abilityinclassroom management,and lackof abilityin preparingtheassessment tool in accordance with the purpose of learning. There are many ways which can be done to overcome the problems in classroom. 0ne of them effective ways is conducting by Classroom Action Research (CAR). lt was said that because during implementing CAR, the lecturer did not need to leave the primary task (to teach) and even it would make instructional activities will be increasingly successful. ln order to conduct a good CAR, a lecturer must be able to make a research proposal and arrange a research report.
