    Abstract

    ABSTMCT: This study aimed to describe the effectiveness of the achievement of the objectives, outcomes or impact of programs and imptementation of KTSp in the program,s curriculum PGSD FKlp uNS. This study uses the mindset context, lnput, procei, and Product (CIPP). This research use descriptive qualitative research. This research is embedded single case study and case study. Purposive sampling technique is select the used to data source research and data coltection techniques included content analysis, in-dept interviewing and observation participant. The resutts showed that the quality of lndonesian teaching learning process in pGSD is various. products which are achieved also vary, atthough all these achievements have led to the goals set in the curriculum. ln this casethe condition of Contextas supportive items are more influential to process than to input developed and lecturer's performance which. Contelt conditions are referred to good students' academic competence, positive attitude, and sufficient interest to Bl, includes teaching experience conditions, the totality and seriousness in implementing the Process of learning in order to achieve the goal.
