    Abstract

    ABSTRAKThe research aims to get th~ most, influence significant of agronomy variable on stigmasterol and sitosterol level. Sampling is taken randomly in three areas in the WonosobC>~istrict Sikl1nang, Sembungan and Patak Banteng with altitude 2102, 2302 and 2011 m above sea level. The study was conducted', from- -October 'until December 2009; Identification agronomist variable is determined by plant height, number.of leaves, fresh weight, dry weight and root" dry weight when measured at 7-month-old plants,soil conditions including soil chemical analysis (total N, available P, K exchanged, organic matter, C organic and pH) and soil physics (BV, BJ, porosity, content of dust, sand and clay) and microclimate (temperature, humidity" rain, wind and evapotranspiration). Measurement sitosterol and stigmasterol is, done • by " .thin-layer chromatography methods" and electrophoresis. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (Anova) and regression analysis to determine relationships between parameters,were observed with sitosterol arid stigmasterol, From the results can be concluded that (1) content of sitosterol and stigmasterol are influenced fresh weight, total N, K exchanged, organic material, pH; dust, rain and evapotranspiration (2). sitosterol" content ranged from 0,12 to 0.18% w/wahd stiqrnasterol content ranged from 0.09 to,0.15% wlw. Keywords: purwoceng (Pimpinella pruatjan), agroriomyvariable, sitosterol, stigmasterol Penelitian bertujuan untuk mehdapatkan variabel agronomi paling berpengaruh pada kandungan stigmasterol dan sitosterol pada tanaman purwoceng (Pimpinella pruatjan). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak di tiga wilayah di Kabupaten Wonosobo yaitu Sikunang, Sembungan dan Patak Banteng dengan ketinggian 2102, 2302 dan 2011 m di atas permukaan laut. Penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Oktober sarnpai Desember 2009. Identifikasi komponen variabel agronomis 'ditentukan 'oleh tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat basah, berat kering dan berat kering akar yang diukur pada saat tanaman berurnur 7 bulan, kondisi tanah meliputi analisis kimia tanah (N total, P tersedia, K tertukar, bahan organik, C organik dan pH) serta fisika tanah (BV, BJ, porositas, kandungan debu, pasir dan liat) dan iklim mikro (suhu, kelembaban, hujan, angin dan evapotranspirasi). Pengukuran sitosterol dan stigmasterol dilakukan dengan rnetode kromatografi lapis tipls dan elektro-foresis. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varians (Anova) dan analisis regresi untuk menentukan hubungan antara parameter yang diamati dengan sitosterol dan stigmasterol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kandunqan §itosterol dan stigmasterol dipengaruhi berat segar tanaman, N. total, K pertukaran, bahan organik, pH, proporsi debu dalam tanah, hujan dan evapotranspiration, (2) kandungan sitosterol berkisar antara 0.12 untuk 0.18% bIb dan kandungan stigmasterol berkisar antara 0.09-0.15% bIb.
