    Abstract

    This study was conducted to determine Moderation moderating effects of organizational culture on the relationships between leadership behavior and organizational commitment and between organizational commitment and job satisfaction and performance PT. Kusuma Mulia and PT. Sumber Bengawan Plasindo . Respondent data obtained through questionnaires given to PT.Kusuma Mulia and PT. Sumber Bengawan Plasindo 300 questionnaires. Hypothesis testing techniques using SPSS by using hierarchical regression analysis. Results of this study declare that the leadership behaviors significantly influence organizational commitment, organizational culture moderates the relationship between leadership behaviors on organizational commitment, organizational commitment significantly influence job satisfaction and performance, as well as organizational culture moderates the relationship between organizational commitment , job satisfaction and performance . This study contributes to knowledge about the moderating effects of organizational culture on the relationships between leadership behavior and organizational commitment and between organizational commitment and job satisfaction and performance.
