    Abstract

    Crisply industry is pertained by a small or home industry. The industry can be developed to become into the big industry, so that can improve the earnings and labour. Crisply or crackers is Indonesian traditional food which took a fancy to all society, is acceptable by all society, the low until high class, (from children up to old fellow) in all the world. Besides, crisply or crackers is flexibleas a complement the other foods or a snack, raw materials come from domestic, its making technique is not difficult. Based to data of Sibermas PRA at Sidomulyo Village Ngrambe Subdistrict Ngawi District, there are home industries of GUTI crisply which were made of tapioka flour and wheat flour. In this time, there are 13 home industries of GUTI crisply in household scale at Sidomulyo. Sibermas activity has made the effort group but there is no intervention to increase quality of product and management. This IbM Program’s aims to assist improvement the quality and amount produce of GUTI crisply group trough: (1) to introduce steamer appliance dough; (2) to introduce cutter chips; (3) to introduce of dryers crackers; (4) to introduce sealer, weighing-machine and plastic tagg; (5) to arrange Depkespermits(P-IRT); (6) training of equipments usage, and; (7) training of substitution material with the comparison 1:0,25; (8) training of skill and knowledge improvement; (9) giving of capital to group. Method used is fasilitation, education, and adjacent Result obtained of IbM program in GUTI crisply businessgroup is: giving 2 unit of steamer appliance dough, 2 unit of cutter chips, 1 unit of dryers crackers, 2 unit sealer, Depkespermits(P-IRT), labeled packaging standard, providing venture capital, and carrying out diversification product training, training of equipments usage, and also training of entrepreneurship and practical bookkeeping.
