Eka Ernawati D 1206599, Organization Communication Climate and Work Satisfaction of Employees (The Case Study of Organization Communication Climate Role toward The Work Satisfaction of PT Intan Pariwara Employees Klaten) PT Intan Pariwara is the production organization of text books publishing. In this company, the researcher conducted a research. It is caused by the facts that the rate of employees absence is high, even though the company has fulfilled its tasks in giving the right payment, retirement guarantee, health subsidy, THR, royalty and production incentives. The high rate of this absence can makes the organization activities of the company disturbed so the researcher is interested to know whether the high rate of the absence is influenced by the communication climate in the organization so it influences the work satisfaction of PT. Intan Pariwara employees. This research is aimed to know that the relation is existed or not and to know the relation between the organization communication climate and the work satisfaction of PT. Intan Pariwara employees is strong or weak. This study applies the R. Wayne Pace and Don F. Faules’ base idea. This research is a quantitative research that uses survey method by taking samples from a population and uses questioners as the main data collector tool with explanatory research. This research takes place in Klaten with 81 samples. The data analysis is using Rank Kendall partial correlation method. After getting through the counting of the respondence answer that is got from the questioners, in the analysis between the three variables, i.e. X and Y, it gets the T is 0,307. Whereas in the relation analysis between variable Y and Z it gets the T is 0,009. To know the relation is strong or weak, the value of T is interpreted based on the Guilford definition. For the relation between variable, the relation of X and Y is very weak. It means that the hypothesis of there is or not the relation between variables of organization communication climate with the work satisfaction of the employees is acceptable but it is weak.
