    Abstract

    The purpose of this research is to improve the result of mastering of integer reductions concept through cooperative learning model (MMP) in the fourth grade student of SDN 01 Kebak Jumantono Karanganyar on the academic year of 2010/2011. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject uses in this research is the fourth grade student of SDN 01 Kebak Jumantono Karanganyar, on the academic year 2010/2011 amount to 32 students consist of 24 man students and 8 woman students. The data sources of this research were informant, that are the information of the teacher and the headmaster, the result of the observation process and the data on the teaching learning process of mastering the integer reductions concept through cooperative learning model structural type missouri mathemathic project (MMP),interviews, tests and official documents. The validity of the data uses I n this research are the date sources of triangulation and the method of triangulation. The data analysis technique applied is interactive analysis model which have four components, data collection, reduction data, presentation data, and verification. The research process consists of two cycles and each cycle comprises four phases, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The results of the analysis are as follows: The preliminary average score of the achievement test prior to the treatment is 55,62, and the classical learning completeness is 28,12%. The First, the average score of the first cycle achievement test becomes 67,03 and the classical learning completeness is 62,5%. The average score of the second cycle achievement test becomes 72,18 and the classical learning completeness is 81,25%. As a result, cooperative learning model structural type missouri mathemathic project (MMP) tehcnique can improve the mastery of integer reduction concept in the fourth grade student of SDN 01 Kebak Jumantono Karanganyar, on the academic year 2010/2011.
