    Abstract

    BUDI PURWOKO. S. 2304007. ANALYSIS TO FACTORS INFLUENCING SATISFACTION OF INDIVIDUAL CLIENT DEPOSITOR BRITAMA IN BANK BRI BRANCH SIDOARJO (Environmental Influence Social Factor And Individual Factor to Satisfaction of Individual Client Depositor Britama in Bank BRI Sidoarjo). Thesis. Communications Science, Postgraduated Program, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta This research of background by situation of Bank Rakyat Indonesia capable to stay to economic crisis at last 10 year. Whereas other bank at doing merger, but BRI still stay without having to obtain aid from government. Situation that way perhaps also influenced by situation of vinicity society. The aim of the research are to know: 1) the simultant influence of social milliu, economical condition, perception, and attitude to customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Sidoarjo, and 2) the partial influence of social milliu, economical condition, perception, and attitude to customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Sidoarjo. The research does in Bank BRI, Branch Office of Sidoarjo. The methode of the research is correlational description. The population of research is customer of Bank BRI that have saving of Individual Britama kinds, counted 12.946 people. Sample, was found by random system, count of 130 customer. The data, collected by questioner and have be tryout and have pass of condition. The result of research that is: 1) the hypothesis declaration that “there are influence between of reference group, family, economical condition, perception, and attitude to customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Sidoarjo in Year 2008“, have accepted, 2) the hypothesis declaration that “there are influence between of reference group to customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Sidoarjo in Year 2008“, have not accepted, 3) the hypothesis declaration that “there are influence between of family to customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Sidoarjo in Year 2008“, have accepted, 4) the hypothesis declaration that “there are influence between of economical condition to customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Sidoarjo in Year 2008“, have accepted, 5) the hypothesis declaration that is “there are influence between of perception to customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Sidoarjo in Year 2008“, have accepted, 6) the hypothesis declaration that is “there are influence between of attitude to customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Sidoarjo in Year 2008“, have accepted. Dependent variable variation [of] influence independent variable equal to 25%, and 75% variable outside model is marketing mix and service quality.
