    Abstract

    Siti Chajatun, S8107012, 2008, The Correlation Between Motivation, Income Earnings, Supervision And Elemetary School Teachers Working In Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Pendidikan Kecamatan Jati Kudus , Tesis: Program Pascasarjana Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. The purpose of the study is whether or not (1) the significant correlation between motivation and teachers’ working; (2) the significant correlation between income earnings and teachers’ working; (3) the significant correlation between supervision and teachers’ working; (4) the significant correlation between motivation, income earnings, supervisin and teachers’ working. The population is used in this study are all of The Elementary School Teachers at UPTD Jati Kudus. There are 399 teachers from 50 Elementary School. A random sampling method is used and 2 teachers from every school. There are 100 teachers (25%) attended this research. The data analysis method uses double linear correlation analysis, double linear correlation significant trial, determination coefficient trial, double linear correlation coefficient and analysis clause trial (normalination trial, linearity trial, and independent trial). The data analysis result are (1) There is positive and significant correlations of motivation and Teachers working. Coefficient regression for variables both is 0,694. Based on this score it has estimate of coefficient determination 0,482. This interpratation that 48,2% variation at the Teachers working variable can be predicted by motivation variable. Coefficient correlation motivation variable with Teaching working is 0,694. This score shows that every motivation is stepped on one unit score and constant. For significant trial the writer uses t trial because t trial counting at the refusal area. Ho or 9,553 > 1,66, so Ho is refused and Ha is received. The conslusion that there is positive relation of motivation variable and Teachers working. The higher motivation will higher Teachers working . (2) There is positive correlation and significant of income earnings and Teachers working coefficient regression of the correlation variable both is 0,666. Based on this score the estimation of coefficient determination is 0,443. It is interpreted that 44,3% variation at the Teachers working variable can be predicted by income earnings variable. Coefficient regression of income earnings variable and Teachers working is 0,666. This score shows that every income earnings is stepped on one unit score to constant. For significant trial is used t trial because t-trial cannot at the refusal area Ho on 8,835 > 2,36 so Ho is refused and the consequence Ha is received or the conclusion that there is positive correlation of income earnings varible and Teachers working. It means that the higher income earnings The Teacher working is higher too. (3) There is significant correlation of supervision and Teachers working coefficient regression. The variable both is 0,767. Based on this score determination coefficient estimation is 0,588. This score can be interpreted that 58,8% at The Teachers working variable can be predicted by supervision variable. Coefficient regression supervision variable and Teachers working is 0,767. This score shows that every supervision is stepped on one unit score to constant stabel. For the significant trial using t trial because t trial counting at the refusal area. Ho or 11,846 > 1,660 so Ho is refused and Ha is received or the conclusion that there is positive correlation of supervision variable and Teachers working it means the higher supervision it is so higher Teachers working. (4) There is positive and significant correlation of motivation, income earnings and supervision and Teachers working. Coefficient regression for the forth variables is 0,847. Based on this score the determination coefficient estimatin is 0,717. This score can be interpreted that 71,7% variation at the teachers working variable can be predicted by motivation variable, income earnings and supervision. Coefficient regression motivation variable is 0,284 coefficient regression of income earnings variable shows 0,282 and coefficient regression of supervision variable is 0,432 to the teachers working income earnings and supervision is stepped on one unit score to stable constant. The significant trial uses F trial as F counting is 80,919 > 3,98. Hypothesis said that there is positive correllation of motivation, income earnings, and supervision to teacher working.
