    Abstract

    This study is aiming at examining the influence of motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, towards staff performance on Integrated Licensing Board (Badan Perijinan Terpadu) in Sragen Regency. The sample in this study was 44 responders, who are working as offficers on PT Sragen. Then, the writer use random sampling as a technique to take saple . The primary data which is used to check the influence of motivation towards staf performance on BPT Sragen is by propagating questionnaire containining 20 items of statements. Data analysis used are: 1) test the validity of the correlation product moment correlation technique, 2) reliability analysis using Cronbach alpha, and 3) testing hiotesis using Chi Square test of independence (crosstab analysis). Hypothesis test results by demonstrating the value of Chi-Square of 475,278 with a significance level of 0.002. The results of this study indicates that motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic affect the staff performance of Sragen Regency Integrated Licensing Board (BPT Sragen).
