    Abstract

    For facing up the global competition, companies are requiring employees who can work more than they should be. This behavior can be classified as an extra role behavior. Organ et. al. (2006) mentioned it as organizational citizenship behavior. He also describe it as an individual behaviour that is discretionary, not directly or explicitly recognized by the formal reward system, and it can promotes the efficient and effective functioning of the organization. This behavior can be influence by factors of individuals and groups. PT. Padma Soode Indonesia has chosen for this research, because this company has continued to trive and has a low degree of turn over. The aim of this research is to see whether there is a significant relationship between adversity intelligence and perception of group cohesiveness with organizational citizenship behavior on employees of PT. Padma Soode Indonesia. Purposive random sampling technique was used in this research. The characteristic of subject are (1) a permanent employee, (2) on staff and supervisor positions, (3) has been working for more than one year. The instrument for this research are organizational citizenship scale, adversity intelligence scale, perception of group cohesiveness scale. The analysis method for this research is using two-predictor regression. The results showed that the value of F-reg = 142.396, p <0.05, and the value of R = 0.897. From the results we can concluded that the hypothesis in this study are received, and there is a significant relationship between adversity intelligence and group cohesiveness with organizational citizenship behavior on employees of PT. Padma Soode Indonesia. The value of R² in this research is 0.805 or 80.5%,which is the effective contribution of Adversity Intelligence is 26.754% and perception of group cohesiveness is 53.687%
