    Abstract

    Perhutanioffice is one of the state-owned enterprises which are wholly owned by the State and which can not be divided into individual shares. Perhutanioffice is aimed at the production unit held a productive ventures in accordance with government policy in order to increase national income by performing activities in the field of forestry production, maintenance of planting, processing exploitation, and marketing of forest products. To perform production activities require appropriate Human Resources reliable, professional and with his efforts. One technique to get employees or labor in accordance with the needs of the company is to go through withdrawal (Recruitmen). Recruitment is the process of finding and charm prospective employees (applicants) who are able to apply as an employee. This observation aims to find out more about the recruitment procedure Perhutanioffice KPH employees in Surakarta. This observation is conducted with qualitative descriptive method, which is described, the location of observation, this type of observation, data sources, data collection techniques, data analysis techniques to establish standards and position of elements with each other, so it can be analyzed and in Interprestasikan.
