    Abstract

    Final Exam Diploma III of Midwifery Program with OSCA method produces a low graduation rates, particularly the Community Midwifery Care subjects. One effort that has been done is to review the questions, but have not looked there was improvement. According to the theory of factors affecting learning achievement such as motivation and learning media. Objective : To determine the influence of the utilization of instructional media of E-learning on academic achievement in terms of the Community Midwifery Care viewed from learning motivation. Methode : This was an quasi experimental study with the design of after only with control design. Population is students of Estu Utomo Midwifery Academy Boyolali general way, the sample is a students of fourth semester of academic year 2009/2010 amounted to 2 class as much as 94 students, for class A total 47 (treatment class with E-Learning) and class C (control class with conventional media) totaled 47 students. Determination of the sample with cluster random sampling. Data collected by questionnaire and value of middle semester test. Data analyzed by two-way Anava, then further testing with Scheffe test using SPSS version 16.0. The results: Showed that there are: firsth, influence between the utilization of instructional media E-Learning with conventional learning on academic achievement of Community Midwifery Care (F: 14.872, sig: 0.000). Second, there is a difference in effect between the students with high and low motivation toward academic achievement of Community Midwifery Care (F: 10.540 sig: 0.002). Thirth, there is the influence the use of learning media of E-Learning with motivation towards learning achievement Community Midwifery Care (F: 12.140, sig: 0.001). Conclusion : that there are influence between the utilization of instructional media E-Learning with conventional learning on academic achievement of Community Midwifery Care. There is a difference in effect between the students with high and low motivation toward academic achievement of Community Midwifery Care.
