    Abstract

    Siti Sundari Resmiati. NIM: S 860209108 The Effect of Documenter Film Media and The Motivation of Study toward The History School Study of Achievement For the Eleventh Grade Students of State Senior High in Purworejo Regency. The main Supervisor : Prof. Dr. Siswandari, M. Stats. The co supervisor : Dra. Sutiyah, M.Pd, M Hum. Thesis. Surakarta: Program Study Education of History, Postgraduate, Sebelas Maret University, October 2010. The goals of the research is to knowns effect between : (1) The use of History Documenter Film Media ( then is abbreviated HDFM) towards the History Study of Achievement; (2) The motivation of Study toward History study of Achievement; (3) The use HDFM and Motivation together towards the history study of achievement. Based on the relevant of theorical work, hypothesis which is delivered are: (1) There is the positive significant by using Documenter film media increases the students of history study achievement; (2) There is the positive significant of history syudy achievement towards the history study of achievement; (3) the positive significant of the use documenter Film Media in study and Motivation of study toward the history study of achievement. Research method is carried out in SMA at regency Purworejo. this research population class student XI SMA regency country Purworejo. The Research sample total 140 person, consist of 70 treatment groups and 70 control groups by using technique multistage random sampling. The accomplishment data collecting learns by using test instrument, and motivation data collecting learns by using kuesioner the use Likert scale consept. statistics analysis that used test anova two directions ( two way anova). The result of research shows that in 0,005 significant grade : (1) There is the influence of the use Documenter film media toward the history study of achievement = 35,312 with p = 0,000 in 5 % significant grade, because p < 0,05 shows that the history study of achievement which uses the documenter film, (mean : 66, 107 compased with the history study of achievement does not use the documenter film media (mean : 57,929); (2) The influence of motivation study towards history study of achievement = 0,378 with p : 0, 0540 in 5 % significant grade (mean : 61, 613) it is far from the student who has the lower motivation ( mean = 62,606); (3) The influence of the use documenter film media and study motivation towards the history study of achievement = 0,056 with p = 0,813 in 5 % significance grade because p > 0,05. Research result there positive influence significant film media use dokumenter in increases accomplishment learns history, there is no positive influence significant motivation learns in increase accomplishment learn history, and there is no interaction effect between film media use documenter and motivation learns in increase accomplishment learn history Key words : history multimedia film, history learning media.SMA
