    Abstract

    Sunarmi. The Relationship between Student’s Perseption Toward Clinical Learning and knowledge about Documentation of Nursing Proccess with Student’s Perfomance in Documenting of Nursing care (at Magelang Nursing Academic), Thesis,Surakarta : Medical Education, Postgraduate program, Sebelas Maret University,2009. Background: Nursing documentation are report and document with having nurse according to patients caring its importance to patients, nurses, and the other of health members in giving health care with based on accurat comunication and complete in nurses responsibility. Clinical learning is learning proccess to train students’skill in giving nursing care through actual experience which requires direct practice with patients. In clinical learning students have to get kompetence skill such as in giving nursing they have to made nursing documentation according to target competence.In order to the students can doing this competence about documenting nursing care, they haveto knowledge and perseption about documentation nursing proccess and clinical learning. Object: The aims of this research are to To find out wheather there was relationship between students’persepsion regarding clinical learning, and knowledge about documentation of nursing proccess with student’s performance in documenting of nursing care. Method: The research was conduct at Magelang Nursing Deparment from Januari up to March 2009. The method of this research used non-eksperimental design with cross sectional. The population at the research is all student in their second year study ( third semester). The sample in the research with purposive sampling, were as many as 60 student. The instrument for collecting the data is questionare, test and checklist. The validity and reability of questionare is tested by using Product Moment formula. The tehnique data analysis used analysis correlation Product Moment and Multiple Linier Regression. Result: The result of the study showed that there was positive significant relationship between perseption and peformance with correlation coeficient r : 0,575, between knowledge and performance with correlation coeficient r : 0,576, between perseption, knowledge and performance with F table :3,16. Conclusion : There was positive significant between students’perseption according to clinical learning and students’s knowledge about nursing proccess of documentation and students’performance in documenting of nursing care.
